Hudson Public House is now open! The owners of Pioneer Square's Collin's Pub is now in Lake City (or a little south of Lake City if we're getting technical). It's a great classy addition to the neighborhood. Coopers it great for nachos, darts, and a beer but if you're looking for something with a little more class, Hudson is just across the street. They offer a full bar and dinner menu. I've been in for a drink but I haven't had a chance to try their food yet. For more thoughts on the menu, check out these Yelp reviews.
