Twelve One Brick volunteers attended the Thursday night volunteer opportunity at Food Lifeline in Shoreline.
In only two hours, they packed more than 9,000 pounds of apples into boxes to be distributed to food banks and other programs throughout the region. This work will provide more than 7,000 meals for members of our local community.
Photos of the event can be found on the One Brick Seattle photo gallery. You can find other photos from several other past One Brick events there too. One Brick is always looking for volunteers.
