Local business owners, the Colacurcios, face up to 20 years in prison if they are found guilty on all 15 accounts.
Frank Colacurcio Jr and Sr, owners of Ricks as well as Sugars, Honey's in Everett, and Fox's in Tacoma, face charges for promoting prostitution in their strip clubs. The business treated them well - allegedly they made close to 25 million dollars in the past four years. Here's some PI video footage from the indictement.
During the indictement, one PI reporter decided to go straight to the source. Instead of waiting outside a court room, he headed to Ricks hoping to the straight story from the dancers. He didn't get to far. Shortly after he sat down, one dancer said " You look like you're working".
The Colacurcios are no strangers to a court rooms. Only 6 years ago they pleaded guilty in the infamous Stripergate scandal. You'd think Frank Sr, age 92, would see his end in sight and slow down a bit.
