Lake City Man Sues over Fireworks - Colbert Defends Tradition

Benjamin Schroeter claims the City of Seattle made a huge mistake - a mistake big enough that none of us should be able to enjoy Gasworks Fireworks. His claim - the city must preform an environmental impact study before allowing fireworks at a park. Yes, he pulled the environment card. The environment card pulls a lot of weight in Seattle. But officials say the fireworks must go on. Tradition, Tradition!
